How bad of a scar would it need to be for you to get worker's comp? Is it any sort of scar or does it have to be received on the job? I'm glad there is a program that exists for people that really need the compensation. http://www.solomonsherman.com/Practice-Areas/Workers-Compensation.shtml
The scar needs to have been as a result of an on the job injury and it needs to either be on the claimant's face, or such that it hinders them from employment.
