My brother-in-law was recently injured while he was working. He wants to file for workers compensation, so he's decided to hire a workers compensation lawyer to help him file his claim. I'm trying to help him by doing all of the research I can.

I had no idea that on the job injuries were so common. I would have never guessed that people would be injured so frequently at work. That's why I think it's so important to have a personal injury attorney on hand. Although I've never been injured, I would feel much safer knowing I have an attorney there just in case. I think that it is indeed very important for the lawyer to be able to understand and empathize with the victim.
